Not professional at all. Never return your call, I have move out my business from him to another firm after 5 years.
No customer service and he's making all kind of excuses for undone work.

They charge far too much and do not care about the client. They are all about money. They don't come to you they make you go to them. They also bounce you around between staff at their office which is in their home. Could have had better work for much less.

I will highlight only the biggest concerns...slow time to respond (weeks to months), unable to provide an outline of what info was required to file the review and submitted my returns 2 months late which resulted in significant late fees. In addition, the final bill was more than double the original estimate. The only time I was able to get a quick response was when I started holding back payment with a request for break down of charges, which then took 3 months to clarify. I have never encountered these kinds of challenges with other accounting firms.

I have dealt with Mr. Gluck for almost twenty years.
He is professional and competant.
He has helped me with all sorts of tax and business issues,
both of a business nature and a personal nature.
Mr. Gluck answers all calls himself, he does not use a secretaryg.
His knowledge of both Canadian and US Taxes is second to none.
If he does not have the answer, he will properly research and get the RIGHT answer and not just wing it off the cuff like many others.
His rating is based on consistent year over year first hand dealings.
Although nobody is perfect, not even Mr. Gluck, he does come pretty close.
As I have always joked, I would rather change my wife than my accountant. I have been married to the same lovely lady for 18 years.
He has advised me with all my dealings with Revenu Quebec AND Revenu Canada.
He even helped my thru an "AUDIT" unscathed and with the minimal penelty possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends, clients or business associates.

Horrible, unjust accountant! She does not look at the larger story, only closed minded, this type of accountant is the worst, be aware! There are 46 other good standing accountants in the area, do not pick her!

Beware! Save yourself from these guys. Find someone who can actualy do your taxes. These gus are thieves. Dont submit your taxes to the government and charge your money.

For the past three years, I have had my income tax refund prepared by Tax Pros, and I have been satisfied each time. I have never had to wait more then an hour for them to complete my return, and have my refund cheque in hand. Very pleasant and friendly people.
